The Arts Center Exhibit Information

  1. All work must be the original production of the Exhibiting Artist. Identification labels must be attached to all entries and include name and phone number of the artist, title of work, medium, and price. All 2-dimensional entries must be dry, framed and ready to hang with wire. No clips or other type of hanging devices will be acceptable. ACYC is not responsible for breakage caused by flimsy wires or unacceptable hanging devices.

  2. All work will be handled carefully. However, ACYC cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of entries.

  3. All work for a specific exhibit must be delivered by the designated drop-off date unless special arrangement has been made with the Exhibit Chair. If the work is brought in late, after exhibit set-up, it may be held in reserve and placed in the exhibit when room is available through a sale.

  4. The artwork must remain at the Arts Center for the duration of the exhibit unless special arrangement has been made with the Exhibit Chair.

  5. All work must be picked up on the designated removal date unless the artist has arranged to leave the items in the Arts Center rotating inventory on consignment. This arrangement will require registering the items in the consignment inventory of the gallery.

  6. Consignment sales are processed and checks cut once a month, usually on the first Friday of the month following the sale. For example, checks for sales in July are processed on the first Friday in August.  Checks are mailed directly from the bank and consignment reports are mailed from The Arts Center so they will not always arrive at the same time.  If you have questions, please call the gallery and leave a message for Kris Pearson.
